The software and the service

fastbrowse is open-source software licensed under the MIT licence and provided as is. Using the open-source software yourself is governed by its licence, not by these terms.

These terms govern the hosted service: the managed API, the console and the browser pool described on this site, provided by Agent Labs, Inc. The hosted service is separate from the open-source software.

Accounts and organizations

You create an account with an email address. An organization is created with it, and your API keys, secrets, runs and billing belong to that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys private. Keys are shown once when created; store them somewhere safe. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your keys and your organization.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, or to attack, overload or interfere with websites, the service itself, or other customers.

Do not resell access to the service without an agreement with us.

Do not use the service to evade a website's access controls. Respect the sites you send the agent to.

Billing and credits

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. A plan includes a monthly allowance of runs; you can also buy top-ups.

A run is priced as a per-run fee plus usage, and no run is priced below $0.005. Runs are paid from your balance: the plan's allowance first, then top-ups.

Prices exclude taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

A plan allowance does not roll over to the next month. A purchased top-up does not expire.

Availability

Self-serve plans carry no service level agreement. The service may be interrupted for maintenance and failures, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability on those plans.

Enterprise plans can carry an availability commitment, agreed in the contract for that plan.

Customer data and retention

Your run data, including tasks, steps, answers and artifacts, is kept for the history window of your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro, 180 days on Scale. Enterprise retention is agreed in the contract for that plan.

Billing records are kept as long as accounting rules require. The privacy policy describes what is collected and why.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an organization that breaks these terms, including for unlawful use, attacks on sites or the service, or unpaid balances.

You can stop using the service and close your organization at any time. On closure, run data is kept and deleted according to the retention rules above.

Intellectual property

The open-source software remains under the MIT licence. The hosted service itself, including its site, console and documentation, remains the property of Agent Labs, Inc.

You keep the rights to the tasks you send, the answers and artifacts the service produces for you, and your organization's data.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Agent Labs, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Output from a run is produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purposes. You review output before relying on it, and you are responsible for any action taken on the basis of it.

To the extent permitted by law, Agent Labs, Inc. and its suppliers are not liable for any consequential loss suffered by you or a third party arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, even if notified of the possibility of that loss. Consequential loss includes indirect loss, loss of profit, benefit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, savings, reputation or use, and loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the service changes. Material changes are announced before they take effect, through the console or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the changed terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

The minimum run price is $0.005; the plans and their limits are on the pricing page, and account matters are handled in the console.
