Service health.
The hosted API publishes two unauthenticated health checks you can call yourself, and the console publishes one of its own. There is no public incident feed or uptime percentage yet, so none is shown here.

The API process is up. If this answers, the service is running.

The database and Redis answer. This is the check that says the service can actually serve a request.

The console process is up.
Each link opens the endpoint itself. This page does not check them, so it cannot show whether the service is up.
If a run failed
There is no public incident feed to correlate against yet. Quote the run id and its error code when you report the failure: the run id identifies the run in the console and the error code says which stage stopped it.
